Fun Fact! Apparently there are no green stars in space! Well we can think of one!
Any star shining mostly green will be putting out lots of red and blue as well, making the star look white. A star's temperature will make it look orange, yellow, red, or blue, but you just can't get green! Our eyes simply won't see it that way. That's why there are no green stars.

Nick Butterworth and Pootle are thrilled to be back at the National Space Centre today for another Small Space Day for even the youngest astronauts. It's a great fun day with Nick's interactive talks and stories, sing-along to songs from the show and screenings and a craft area for some great space makes. Not forgetting appearances and hugs from Pootle himself!!
